What time is the rally open and when can we set our club stand up?
- Saturday 20 April 2024 from 13:00. Setting up (i.e. access only to club members helping with setting up)
- Saturday 20 April 2024 from 17:00 until 21:00 . Open to exhibitors (i.e. traders and clubs) who want to setup their stands the night before.
- Sunday 21 April 2024 from 06:30 : Open for exhibitors setting up their stands.
- Sunday 21 April 2024 from 09:30 : All doors secured and manned to prevent any non exhibitors entering the halls.
- Sunday 21 April 2024 at 10:00 : Security sweep of the halls
- Sunday 21 April 2024 at 10:30 : Doors open to visitors
