NARSA is an Assocation which is run by a group of Amateur Radio volunteers who oversee the organisation of the annual Northern Amateur Radio Societies Association (NARSA) rally which takes place annually (normally in April) in Blackpool. The event takes place at the Norbreck Hotel in Blackpool.
