Traders and Clubs Setup Information
Below is the information for clubs and traders who wish to set up on Saturday or early on Sunday.
Saturday 22 April 2023
- 13:00 onwards: Setting up (ie access only to club members helping with setting up)
- 17:00 until 21:00: Open to exhibitors (ie traders and clubs) who want to setup their stands the night before
Sunday 23 April 2023
- From 06:30: Open to exhibitors setting up their stands
- About 09:30: All doors secured and manned to prevent any non exhibitors entering the halls
- About 10:00: Security sweep of the halls
- 10:30 : Doors open to visitors
Booking your Item into the Bring and Buy
Central Radio Amateur Circle have produced a form for you to book the items you wish to sell on the bring and buy. Please download this form and bring it with you on April 23.

The Bring and Buy is Back
The bring and buy is back this year. Thanks to Central Radio Amateur Circle (CRAC) for organising and running it this year. It will be in the same room as previous just near the stage area.
