Below is the information for clubs and traders who wish to set up on Saturday or early on Sunday.
Saturday (The Day before the Event)
14:00 onwards: Setting up (ie access only to club members helping with setting up)
17:00 until 21:00: Open to exhibitors (ie traders and clubs) who want to setup their stands the night before (Hotel will provide overnight security)
Sunday (Day of the Event)
From 07.00: Open to exhibitors setting up their stands
About 09:30: All doors secured and manned to prevent any non exhibitors entering the halls
About 10:00: Security sweep of the halls
10:30 : Doors open to visitors
15.30 : Event Closes
